1. Provider and scope

RaceHub (race.vfworks.com) is operated by the provider named in the imprint. These terms govern the use of the website, the club surfaces and the RaceHub Discord bot.

2. Scope of service (beta)

RaceHub is a free service in beta: race planning, performance analytics and team organisation for cycling clubs. There is no entitlement to permanent availability, a particular feature set or freedom from errors; features may change or be discontinued. Race, route and performance data partly originate from third-party sources and are provided without warranty — they are a planning aid, not training or health advice.

3. Accounts and club roles

Some surfaces require sign-in and a linked Zwift ID (ZID). Club surfaces belong to the members of the respective club; captains and managers administer rosters, lineups and their club's Discord link. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your account.

4. Discord bot

The RaceHub bot is invited to a Discord server by club administrators and posts race polls, lineups and overviews there. Linking your Discord account to your rider profile is voluntary and can be undone at any time via your club captain. Details on data processing are set out in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited in particular: abuse or disruption of the service, automated extraction (scraping) beyond the interfaces provided, circumventing access restrictions, and posting unlawful content. In the event of violations we may suspend accounts or club integrations.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. We accept no responsibility for decisions you make based on displayed data (e.g. race or equipment choices).

7. Changes and final provisions

We may amend these terms with effect for the future; the version published here applies. German law governs. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
